The accreditation procedure

To ensure the quality of events on the programme for World Veterinary Year and to assess their contribution to promoting the veterinary profession, veterinary science and veterinary public health, the Vet 2011 Management Council has decided to set up an accreditation procedure.

Any institution or group of institutions wishing to organise an event and have it included in the official programme on this Web site is requested to complete the "Accreditation application" form.

Completed applications should be sent to either:

  • the Vet 2011 National Committee of the organiser’s country, if one exists,
  • or the Vet 2011 Management Council if there is no National Committee.

After evaluation by one of these bodies, the decision on accreditation will be made immediately unless any further information is required.

The list of accredited events will be regularly updated by the Activities and Coordination Committee and published on this Web site.

Event organisers are kindly requested to follow the above procedure.
